Single Membership
Each WI Member pays a subscription fee to cover the cost of her membership and to help with running the organisation. The 2026/2027 subscription is £54, which is split between the WI, Federation and the NFWI to help with running individual groups and the organisation as a whole.
WIs can apply the flexibility policy to their 2026/27 subscription. This means they can charge the full amount of the WI portion, reduce their portion, or waive the WI portion of the subscription entirely.
Multi members
Multi members pay an additional £27.10 to their second WI on top of their main subscription or the flexible rate set by the WI.
Pro-rata subscriptions for new members
A new member joining the WI for the first time (or who has not been a member of any WI in the past year pays a pro-rata subscription. This depends on when she joins, as shown below.
